In order to live out the best possible version of being a healer and teacher, I followed a disciplined academic path, ensuring that I acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfil my role as teacher and healer.

"I realised long ago that humans are not one
dimensional and that teaching and healing would require me to view them as holistic beings.

That prompted me to study both scientific routes as well as esoteric routes in order to engage with people from a balanced perspective of who they are, and not who I think they are.

"As an Intimacy Coach, I assist couples to rekindle their intimate connection with each other as well as teaching them intimacy skill sets that broaden their sexual language towards each other"

My focus is not only couples, I also work with individuals who struggle with
relationships and intimate connections.

As a healer, I offer REIKI healing, life coaching as well as EFT skills which are enablers to rewiring the energetic fields within. These are specifically used for trauma release, stress release, incorrect breathing, and somatic imbalance. Dance is both an art and a healing modality which I use to empower those who partake with freedom of expression. Firstly through their bodies, and then progressing to verbal expression, releasing anger, fear, guilt and shame.
